Live Music in Fuchu, Yakiudon

I went to a live music in Fuchu(of Tokyo) yesterday.
(There was a small stage in left side of this picture.)
My trumpet teacher played there. I really enjoyed.

By the way, I ate yakiudon for lunch today.
This is やきうどん(yakiudon). Yakiudon means fried Japanese noodles.
"Yaki" means fried, "udon" is a kind of Japanese noodle.

I like to cook YAKIUDON, because it's easy!:D But the SOUMEN-CHANPURU is difficult... (teach me how to cook it!)
Can you get UDON in NY easily?

  3. Hi Maya chan!
Yep! i can get udon, soba and somen easily nearby my home. there were several Chinese & Korean groceries my subway station and next stop as well. They sell most of all Japanese foods which you can image that people in China and Korea eat usually as well. For instance, several kinds of Japanese style noodles, Sources, dry food, Tofu, something like that.

What kind of taste does this Yakiudon have? soy-source ? yakisoba-source? both sounds yummy !!!

This yakiudon has soy-source taste! I like both soy-source and yakisoba-source, too. Well... I usually use soy-source more! This time, I tried to add vinegar in it!
